Why 1912?

We love Arizona so much we decided to originate our company name around Arizona’s statehood birthday. Arizona was added to the union on a significant valentine’s day, February 14th, 1912. Arizona has such a rich history and raw beauty that we wanted to base our company foundation around such an amazing place to live. Thus, 1912 Homes! If you attended elementary school in Arizona, you probably learned about the “5 C’s of Arizona”. Copper, cattle, cotton, citrus and climate are considered building blocks of Arizona’s economy. We teach all that it should have been the 6 C’s and that they forgot the most important C of all! Construction!

Design

At our core we are passionate about building. We ensure that all steps of preconstruction are taken to ensure highest user experience. By working in conjunction with the architect, designer, and builder we can all make sure it’s built correctly from the start.
Build

Quality construction from the excavation to the foundation, walls, roof, windows, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical components. We provide the attention to detail after the shell is built to work alongside the designer to provide the best user experience.
Completion

We are a start to finish builder with a zero-punch policy. We stand behind our work and assist you in the event of a warranty. We also recommend our preferred builder warranty that covers many items on your new home. This is an extra value add to keep your peace of mind.
